Derek Acorah's show for Sky Real Lives named 'Derek Acorah' had a highly succcessful first series and now returns for a second series. Derek communicates with the spirit wolrd and brings messages to members of a live stiudio audience. This is something Derek is reknowned for and his first tv appearances back in 1996 on Granada Breeze and his show 'Predictions' followed a similar format as do his theatre shows nationwide. It makes for compelling viewing.
But the new show 'Derek Acorah' has extra elements to delight audiences, Derek has psychic sessions to offer pet therapy to much loved animals. Derek loves animals and has kept pets for many years, when he experienced the passing of his long term pets he was in no doubt that it formed only the loss of their pysical lives. He truly believes that animals pass over into a spirit world just like we do and that owners can look forward to being reunited with their lost pets in the future. Currently Derek and his wife Gwen share their house with two dogs, Jack and Penny, and two cats Mindy and Toby and they achieve a harmonious mix.
'Derek Acorah' also gives Derek the chance to showcase another of his psychic gifts when he shares his psycometry powers. This is the ability to give psychic readings from objects. Fans may remember the success Derek had on his TV series 'Antiques Ghost Show'.
